PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – NIGHT SHIFT

Location: 81 Royal Group Crescent, Woodbridge, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our night shift team. In this role, you’ll lead a group of production staff, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. If you’re a strong communicator, a hands-on leader, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you.

• Lead, train, and support production team members on the floor
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe work environment
• Track employee hours and attendance using our ERP/payroll systems
• Plan daily production schedules and allocate staff accordingly
• Maintain quality standards and oversee product inspections
• Promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Support company policies and collaborate with HR on any staff concerns
• Report daily progress and issues to the Production and Plant Managers
• Take on other duties as needed to support production goals
