JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plastic Extrusion Night shift supervisor to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, quality control processes, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Supervisor/Operator in a plastic extrusion company.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and using calipers.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in manufacturing.
• Experience in operating extruding machines is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
