- Prepare daily menu items to the required standard, ensuring correct quantities and timely service.
- Follow HACCP and Sodexo guidelines for food safety, with accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain high hygiene standards in the kitchen, completing all daily documentation as required.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on buffets/functions, including those outside regular hours.
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service, reporting any feedback or incidents to the Head Chef promptly.
