Description Christ Panos Foods is seeking a dependable and safety focused Night Spotter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for moving, positioning, and organizing trailers within the yard to support efficient warehouse and transportation operations. The Night Spotter will coordinate with warehouse personnel and drivers, ensure trailers are placed at the correct dock doors, perform equipment inspections, and maintain a safe and organized yard environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, safe driving practices, and a commitment to maintaining efficient overnight operations. Schedule Details: Sunday – Thursday, 7:00 PM through finish Duties and Responsibilities: Safely operate a yard tractor to move trailers throughout the yard and to assigned docks Assist with trailer changes to support loading and unloading schedules Verify trailer numbers and dock assignments prior to moving equipment Ensure trailers are properly secured at dock doors prior to loading and unloading operations Fuel equipment and monitor fuel levels throughout the shift Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections daily Report all accidents, injuries, equipment damage, and safety concerns in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short- and Long-term disability coverage Company paid life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing Paid time off and paid Holidays Company issued uniforms and safety footwear program Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must have clear MVR and Clearinghouse Query Must maintain current DOT Medical Certification Must abide by current and future DOT Regulations Must submit to DOT random drug testing
