Aramex Sunshine Coast is seeking 2IC warehouse Leading Hand to share responsibility for the distribution and logistics operations of the PM shift. You will work collaboratively with the current Leading Hand, courier drivers, office staff and Operations Manager to implement the operational objectives, support the local deployment of operational processes and procedures as well as achieve a safe and efficient working environment.

You will also have:

• Current HF Forklift licence (essential)
• Experience or a desire to lead a team in a Logistics or warehouse environment
• Champion a strong safety culture

• Assisting the PM Freight handling team and PM warehouse activities
• All Forklift operations
• Loading/Unloading of inbound and outbound Linehaul tautliners
• Implementation and execution of warehouse SOP’s
• Freight sortation including cartons, satchels and parcels into designated bays, cages and crates
• Site Safety awareness and management
• General warehouse administrative, maintenance and housekeeping tasks
