POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nightly cleaning operations at assigned client sites to ensure work is performed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role includes supervising cleaning staff, conducting inspections, coordinating schedules, and serving as the main point of contact between management and employees during night operations. Hours: 5:00pm - 1:30am

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in commercial cleaning required (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

  • Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and performance of staff; report issues to management.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees when needed.
  • Communicate with the Operations Manager regarding staffing, supply needs, and site updates.
  • Maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Step in to perform cleaning tasks when staffing shortages occur.
