Descrizione del lavoro The Night Supervisor oversees the property during the night shift, ensuring guest reception and assistance, hotel security, and the accuracy of end-of-day accounting operations. They report to the Front Desk Manager, ensuring a smooth handover with other departments. They play a key role in delivering impeccable and well-coordinated service even during nighttime hours Reports to: Front Desk Manager MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Welcoming and assisting guests during check-in/check-out throughout the shift. Managing in-house guest requests. Supervising the property, managing and monitoring common areas. Accurate handover and reporting of house status or client-specific information. Daily financial closure, verification of transactions, and preparation of end-of-day and next-day reports in accordance with company operational procedures. Cash handling as per operational procedures. Monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Ensuring a smooth handover to the morning team by providing all necessary information on activities, guest requests, open issues, or critical situations, to maintain service continuity and quality. Ensuring compliance with Borgo Pignano’s service standards. Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Qualifiche REQUIREMENTS English: C1,Italian: C2. A third language is a plus Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort is preferred References Proficiency in hotel management systems (i.e. Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
