We’re looking for candidates who have experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant
We’re recruiting compassionate Support Assistants to be a part of our Nurse-led Team to provide care to our clients with complex needs in and around the Kings Lynn area.
You’ll be providing care and support to our clients, enabling them to live in their own home
You will be supporting people with complex needs, this will involve all aspects of care and supporting them to take part in activities inside and outside of the home. You will be a lifeline for the service user and their families, providing much-needed support
We have bank, full-time and part-time roles available, working nights to support our services. Shift patterns of 12 hour nights in one location with work available 7 days per week. Therefore flexibility and some weekend working is required.
We are recruiting for Waking night staff at this time
We provide a comprehensive training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Support Worker
We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
