We’re looking for a Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team at our residential care home in Pentraeth

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a support worker or care assistant, particularly during night shifts
• Knowledge of care plans and home care practices
• Strong communication skills in English/Welsh
• Must register with Social Care Wales
• Hold NVQ 2 or willing to work towards

You’ll work as part of a close-knit team, supporting with bedtime routines, overnight monitoring, and responding to any needs that arise during the night.
