We’re looking for a Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team at our residential care home in Pentraeth
This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a supportive environment where every team member plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and safety of our residents throughout the night.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as a support worker or care assistant, particularly during night shifts
  • Knowledge of care plans and home care practices
  • Strong communication skills in English/Welsh
  • Must register with Social Care Wales
  • Hold NVQ 2 or willing to work towards
