We’re looking for someone who is caring, reliable, and calm under pressure. You’ll need to be a good communicator with a reassuring presence, and able to work independently during night shifts. Most importantly, you bring compassion and the right attitude. We’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay: From £12.53 per hour plus holiday pay

You’ll also help with practical tasks that keep the home running smoothly. Your presence brings comfort and peace of mind to those who need it most.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be a supportive and reassuring presence for residents through the night
  • Respond to any needs with kindness and respect, always maintaining dignity
  • Carry out routine checks and keep clear records
  • Make sure the home is safe, tidy, and comfortable overnight
  • Work hand in hand with the day team to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care
