We are looking for Night Team Leaders to join our team at Anam Cara in Friesthorpe(near Market Rasen), Lincoln.
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated to join our team. As a Night Team Leader, you will be working alongside the Management team, taking lead in guiding and supporting the night team to ensure shifts run smoothly and effectively. You’ll bring strong leadership qualities, acting as the first point of contact for questions, queries, and support, whilst fostering a positive and motivated team environment.

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU NEED:

• A Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or qualified by experience
• Leadership experience, preferably within Children’s Service
• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• A strong team player
• Resilient and confidence to ask for support as needed
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literacy
