We are looking for Night Team Leaders to join our team at Acacia Hall in Friesthorpe (near Market Rasen), Lincoln.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Night Team Leader to join our Lincoln Residential Home for Children and Young People with learning disabilities and complex needs.
The home is around eight miles from Lincoln and six from Market Rasen, and is set in the quiet hamlet of Friesthorpe, in Lincolnshire. Surrounded by a rural landscape and farmland, it is a stunning location close to local shops and leisure amenities.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Working with all levels of the Staff Team to safeguard our young people at all time.Assisting the Registered Manager to utilise staff to ensure that shifts run smoothly and with appropriate numbers.
  • Oversee medication administration in line with Individual Pupil Care Plan (IPCP)Maintaining clear and accurate records including leading on care planning and producing reports as required.
  • Chairing regular staff meetings and handover meetings and ensuring that all relevant information is disseminated appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Working with the Training Department to promote the importance of training and support individuals to complete relevant qualifications through regular supervisions.
  • Creating positive relationships with the young people and offering them unconditional dignity and respect.
  • Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young people.Ensuring that the needs of the young person are being met and reviewing and recording changes to those needs.
