We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly experienced dementia carer to join our team on night shifts. This is a key role where you will not only provide high-quality care but also support in guiding and training the night staff team to ensure best practices are followed throughout the night.

Experience:

• providing care: 2 years (preferred)
• supervisory: 1 year (preferred

• Leading the night team to deliver person-centred care with dignity and compassion
• Assisting in the creation and regular review of care plans
• Supporting and mentoring night staff, including the induction of new team members
• Managing medication rounds, completing audits, and ensuring accurate stock control
• Providing expert guidance in dementia care and ensuring a calm, supportive environment
• Promoting strong communication and handovers between night and day teams
• Acting as a professional role model through your behaviour, leadership, and approach
