• Handle guest incidents, complaints, and coordinate service recovery in collaboration with the Manager.
• Set up, maintain, and clean Conference Banqueting areas to the highest standard.
• Communicate and resolve maintenance or equipment issues promptly.
• Follow internal procedures and controls in accordance with the company’s audit requirements.
• Be fully knowledgeable of emergency procedures and fire safety protocols.
• Work in partnership with the Night Manager to achieve all department objectives.
• Close daily business operations and secure the property for the night.
• Prepare the hotel for a new day, ensuring attention to cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist all departments while on shift; knowledge of bar restaurant operations would be beneficial.
