MAXIMUM 8 CHILDREN IN THE HOME AT ONE TIME, WORKING ALONGSIDE ANOTHER WAKE NIGHT STAFF AND A SLEEP IN MEMBER OF STAFF.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated WAKE NIGHT Children’s Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to lead fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, implementing care plans, and fostering a supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being.

SKILLS

  • Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.
  • Ability to develop and follow care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients.
  • Basic IT skills for record keeping and reporting purposes.
  • A background in childcare can be beneficial in understanding the needs of younger clients.
