JOB OVERVIEW

Our client, a very successful logistics company are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Flt licence (desirable but not essential)
• Cross dock experience (essential)
• Pallet Network experience (essential)
  Hours of work are 8.30pm - 6am, Monday - Friday.

• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes, with a hands on approach.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, motivation and support to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Operate forklifts as needed, ensuring safe handling of materials throughout the warehouse.
