Job Description & Requirements
Orientation started and introduce all the artiste crews members to each other, daily performance get ready to start performing singing and dancing on the stage from 9pm to 3am.Responsible for the audition, evaluation and selection process for all candidate applying for the performing artiste position.
Identify the strengths and weakness of each and every individual performing artiste for efficiency in allocation of performing roles.Monitor the on-stage performance levels of all performing artistes on a monthly basis and feedback to the artiste for corrective measures (when necessary).
Work with producer on the artiste performing time slots and make the necessary adjustments when the need arises.Ensuring the overall discipline level among the band members in conforming to rules and regulations.Represent the performing artistes to attend all management meetings.Responsible for the audition, evaluation selection process for all candidates applying for the performing artiste position.
Memorize lyrics and routines of song selection for optimal performance standards.Interpret music or dance and perform in production.Foster and strengthen teamwork Analyzing and identifying trends, resolving quality and customer service
Maintain an appropriate on-stage image with the proper grooming and etiquette.Deputize the role of stage compere in his absence.
Nightclub managers may also be in charge of developing revenue opportunities for the club, such as recruiting talent or running promotions. Nightclub managers often work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The environment is usually loud and fast-paced.
Because most nightclubs have bars inside. A bachelor’s degree in business management can teach skills useful for managing a nightclub.
Nightclub managers need strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Additional skills in managing inventory, budgeting, payroll management, and spreadsheet software are also required, depending on the
Employers commonly look for candidates with previous experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or food service industries. This also includes working in a bar. Depending on the employer, applicants may need to have specific managerial experience
