If the answer is yes, then we have a wonderful opportunity at Home Intervention! We currently are hiring for someone full time to work nights and include weekend work. Provide direct care to consumers in crisis at a community-based facility in Barre, VT. Responsible for doing related tasks which provide for a safe environment. Incumbents will be confronted with a variety of need and care situations which strong emotions may be present. Employees may be asked to carry items for clients, may need to run, bend, stoop and maneuver. Part Time- and Full-Time applicants encouraged to apply. Qualifications: Required: High school or GED plus some years' experience; or the equivalent. Preference: Bachelor’s degree curriculum plus 0-2 years relevant experience preferred; or 2 years of college plus 2-4 years' experience. Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and have access to a safe, reliable, insured vehicle. Compensation and Benefits: This full-time or part time position offers an hourly rate of $21.44/hr. + differential for nights and excellent benefits, including tuition reimbursement/student loan assistance; generous paid time off; employer-sponsored health, dental, life, and disability insurances; and a 403(b)-retirement plan with employer match.
