MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN - NIGHTS

Location: Manchester
Salary: £46,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 22:00-06:00 (Night Shift)
Van + Fuel Card Provided (Private use permitted)

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Electrician to take on a key night-shift position in a high-security, technically demanding environment. This is a standalone role with responsibility for maintaining electrical systems across the site during night hours, providing essential planned and reactive support.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (Essential)
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (Essential)
• Basic understanding or experience with air conditioning systems (Desirable)
• Previous experience in commercial or industrial maintenance
• Ability to work alone on night shifts in a secure environment
• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical tasks during night shifts
• Carry out fault-finding, testing, repair, and electrical installation work as needed
• Ensure systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently
• Work independently and maintain communication with off-site management teams
• Maintain accurate records of work and ensure compliance with all safety standards
