You will be responsible for verifying payments upon guest check-in at night, following established procedures for various payment methods. Anticipate and address any issues that may arise during the night to safeguard the well-being and satisfaction of our guests throughout their stay. Join us and be part of the journey.
Responsibilities
The Night Team Leader will maintain team awareness of departmental and company activities by providing daily communications, including financial and customer feedback reports, and taking corrective action as needed. This role is also responsible for verifying night check-in payments and proactively addressing any issues that arise to ensure guest well-being and satisfaction throughout their stay.
