The Role

The Nightshift Administrator & Warehouse Checker role is an 8-hour shift between the hours of 4pm - 3am. The duties will include but not limited to the following daily tasks.

  • Liaise and link between day and night operations.
  • Scanning, of freight from inbound/outbound vehicles (mainly double decks)
  • Out-turning of freight as required
  • Work closely with all members of the team and Network, communicating / recording relevant operation tasks.
  • Manage inbound and outbound manifests on our system (training will be provided)
  • Incident reporting if required (training provided)
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices
  • Knowledge and responsibility for safety
  • Must be flexible in your duties

The candidate would preferably come from a similar freight handling background with experience.

  • Strong Knowledge of MS Office products is essential.
  • Be self-motivated, ambitious and enjoy working in a busy environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
