Club Clean is seeking an ambitious and reliable Nightshift Cleaning Team Supervisor to manage and elevate our nighttime cleaning crews. This role is ideal for professionals with leadership experience who are eager to expand their impact—and progress into higher management roles over time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A TEAM LEAD

• Supervise and support a cleaning crew across multiple client sites
• Ensure quality standards and task completion within designated timeframes
• Perform and oversee deep cleaning (floors, restrooms, touch points, etc.)
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members
• Maintain clean and organized supply storage and equipment areas
• Serve as the point of contact between frontline teams and company leadership
• Solve problems independently and take initiative to keep operations running smoothly

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE MEANS:

• 3 or more positive customer reviews per quarter
• No more than 2 customer complaints per quarter
• Cleaning completed at or below target time per location
• A reliable, motivated, and high-performing team under your leadership
