SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Nightshift Support Manager to assist with our security operations during the night shift. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ properties while maintaining high standards of service. The Nightshift Support Manager will play an essential role in assisting the night team and managing operations effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the security industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with security systems and protocols is advantageous.

• Supervise and manage the night security officers to ensure effective operations.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned properties to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local authorities as necessary.
• Prepare reports on nightly activities, incidents, and any issues encountered during shifts.
• Train and mentor new staff members on protocols and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their security needs and concerns.
