POSITION OVERVIEW Are you passionate about providing vital support during challenging times? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nighttime Crisis Line Worker to join our team.  Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be on the front lines, answering incoming crisis line calls and delivering crucial telephone crisis intervention based on established best practices. You will also play a key role in supporting on-shift volunteer call-takers, ensuring they have the guidance they need through the program Quick Reference Guide or by contacting On-Call Support. Your responsibilities include accurately documenting all crisis calls, adhering to confidentiality protocols, and participating in ongoing training activities. Flexibility in working varied shifts is essential. QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate will have completed Fraser Health Crisis Line (FHCL) training and 48 overnight hours of field experience. Proven reliability, a non-judgmental attitude, and the ability to handle stressful situations are essential. Flexibility in working varied shifts is also required.
