THE ROLE
A Themed NIHR Academic Clinical Lecturer (ACL) post in Multimorbidity and Long-Term Conditions for a trainee in either Intensive Care Medicine (ICM) or General Practice.
The role can be full-time or part-time.
Minimum hours considered if part-time: 0.66 FTE (NIHR ACL can be extended to a maximum of 6 years, and the academic component must be at least 0.33 WTE).
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Post-doctoral research training plus clinical training in either General Practice or intensive Care Medicine. Up to four years WTE post-doctoral training or until CCT is reached, is offered to allow the successful applicant to consolidate their career, develop their skills and begin to establish themselves as an independent researcher and educator. There are a wealth of opportunities for research within Intensive Care Medicine and General Practice (as described in job description). You will be joining a thriving cohort of academic trainees and a critical mass of experienced researchers within a supportive environment.
