Northern Rivers Community Gateway is looking for a committed and community-focused NILs Loans Officer to join our Social and Financial Inclusion team in Lismore.

  About the role

As a NILs Loans Officer, you will:

• Conduct face-to-face and remote loan interviews with clients
• Assist with compiling and submitting loan applications
• Follow up on required documentation and liaise with Centrelink where needed
• Promote the NILs program and connect clients to other Community Gateway services
• Maintain accurate client records and meet reporting requirements
• Support loan clients who fall behind in repayments

You’ll be based in Lismore, but may occasionally travel across the NSW North Coast region.What we’re looking for

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Current NSW driver licence
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
