Description

Own the full lifecycle of Nintex K2 Five–based process automation across multiple business units: requirements shaping, technical architecture, hands-on build, deployment, and team leadership. Core responsibilities Elicit complex requirements and translate them into secure, scalable K2 Five applications (Smart Objects, Smart Forms, workflows, reports, REST & OData services). Design end-to-end solution architecture: K2 service architecture, authentication models (AD, AAD, OAuth, SAML), high-availability topology, upgrade path to Nintex Automation Cloud. Develop reusable frameworks (e.g., error handling, logging, dynamic routing, multi-language packs) that cut delivery time 30 %+. Integrate K2 with SharePoint 2016/2019/SPO, SQL, SAP, Salesforce, M365, and custom REST APIs; enforce data-governance & RBAC. Optimize performance: workflow execution plans, Smart Object caching, SQL indexing, K2 Host Server tuning; keep critical workflows
