Location: Remote (Nordics) Start: ASAP Duration: 2–3 months Workload: 50–100% (project to be completed by end of August) Language: English required, Swedish is a plus Assignment A Nordic organization in the food distribution / FMCG sector is looking for an experienced consultant to support implementation and localization of an existing global cybersecurity compliance framework in line with the NIS2 Directive. The role involves assessing the current compliance level, identifying gaps, defining remediation measures, and supporting the creation of required local compliance documentation for operations across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway. Key Responsibilities Review the existing global compliance framework against NIS2 requirements Perform a NIS2 gap analysis and compliance assessment Define a remediation roadmap to achieve compliance Support development of required local compliance documentation Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across the Nordic organization Required Experience Proven NIS2 implementation experience Strong background in Cybersecurity GRC and regulatory compliance Experience with compliance assessments, gap analysis, and remediation planning Experience working with international or multi-country organizations
