Job Title NKA Manager Job Description Job Responsibilities: • Manages commercial KA partnerships with customers in China, ensuring revenue growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and negotiating contracts to maximize market share and profitability. • Ensures adherence to the sales strategy and plan, including sales forecasts and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) execution, to drive revenue growth, optimize market opportunities, and consistently achieve sales targets. • Manages the sales team, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams and market stakeholders to drive sales performance, align strategies, and ensure seamless execution of market initiatives. • Manages a small product portfolio by improving sales and margins with existing direct and indirect customers, identifies new customers within the defined strategy, and expanding business opportunities to drive growth and strategic objectives. • Develops accurate sales forecasts and provides actionable insights on market trends to guide strategic business planning, ensuring data-driven decisions that align with company objectives and drive overall sales performance and growth. • Analyzes sales metrics and performance data to assess team effectiveness, identifies trends, and pinpoints areas for improvement, enabling targeted adjustments to strategies and processes for enhanced sales performance. • Follows key sales commercial and operations plans by defining processes and strategies for distribution, contracting, business planning, sales compensation, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI selection. • Addresses and resolves conflicts or issues arising during the sales process promptly, ensuring effective solutions to maintain positive client relationships and uphold customer satisfaction and trust. • Manages the coordination of sales activities, ensures accountability for results, including costs, methods, and staffing, and acts as an advisor to provide guidance in meeting schedules and resolving technical problems effectively. • Guides and mentors the team, actively contributing to employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and overseeing operational processes.
