Job Title NKA & New Channel Leader Job Description You are responsible for: Development key accounts business with channel share gain. Design account strategy from initiate to execution include portfolio/promotion . Create and implement action programs for and with the key accounts to improve the performance of Philips Initialize and coordinate all Philips’ efforts in the accounts to maximize the output of the sales group. Cooperate with local sales team to deliver the excellent instore execution under in-direct model Systematically analyze sales results, market, competition To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree or above. 12+ years’ experience in Key account management. Experience in building and executing strategy in key account management. Work experience in multinational companies is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong category management skill, deep understanding of channel insight and shopper insight.
