【JOB REQUIREMENTS】
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Head of Marketing to take full ownership of marketing and operational activities. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing localised strategies that align with our global business goals, driving both growth and brand impact. Key Responsibilities: •Develop and implement country-level marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives to drive business growth and market expansion. •Analyse market trends, competitor landscape, and consumer behavior to generate actionable insights. •Use data to evaluate marketing performance, optimise ROI, and refine marketing tactics and budget allocations. •Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, media outlets, and industry influencers to increase brand visibility and market share. •Lead and manage the local marketing team, including team development, performance management, and career growth planning, to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals. Qualifications: •Strong marketing experience, ideally within retail and e-commerce sectors. •Proven experience in at least two areas across the full marketing value chain (e.g. brand, performance, content, CRM, etc.). •Prior team management experience is highly preferred. •Fluent in English (spoken and written). •Experience within a cross-border business or international work/study background. •Entrepreneurial spirit and strong desire to succeed in a startup environment. •Strong learning agility, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. •Exceptional market insight, analytical mindset, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
