At NLB, you can look forward to a flexible, hybrid work environment with rewarding, impactful deliverables that improve the lives of the community. With caring colleagues, you will be in an ideal environment for professional development, innovation and impact. We can offer you: • A chance to Impact the Community, bridge gaps and empower everyone with the opportunity for learning and discovery. • An opportunity to Innovate and Push Boundaries. An organisation that Cares for your Growth and Wellbeing through investment in staff development and wellbeing in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will support the branding and marketing efforts for NLB Academy's activities as an NLBA Branding & Marketing Intern under NLB Academy. [What you will be working on] You will support the branding and marketing efforts for NLB Academy's activities, including developing a comprehensive visual identity and a marketing proposal for an inaugural learning event. Beyond the landmark event focus, you will create electronic direct mailers and marketing collaterals for various NLBA programmes, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communications. You will conduct a comprehensive audit of our multimedia assets, organising them systematically and proposing strategic ways to repurpose content for our intranet and marketing initiatives. Your role will also involve regularly updating intranet content, improving visual presentation and collaborating closely with programme coordinators to translate their objectives into compelling marketing messages. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing while making a meaningful impact on NLBA's growth and programme success. [What we are looking for] We are seeking a creative and motivated individual with proficiency in design and strong visual design sensibilities. You should have excellent written communication skills and familiarity with digital marketing principles. The ideal candidate demonstrates creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders, collaborating across teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. We value candidates who are passionate about creating impactful visual communications, and excited about contributing to meaningful adult learning initiatives. Experience with content management systems, event marketing or multimedia production would be advantageous but not essential. This internship offers valuable exposure to strategic brand development, creative campaign execution, and operational excellence in a supportive learning environment.
