As our organization expands, we’re searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Practice Manager to join our team of professionals. Working closely with the practice owners and other managerial staff, our Manager is a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across various specialties, advocating the NM Aesthetics experience with passion and knowledge. Primary Responsibilities: Hire, train, and mentor new hires Create schedules, coordinate HR issues such as payroll, PTO, etc. Drive direct sales of our innovative aesthetic products through execution of sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events Maintain exceptional established sales quotas and performance metrics Accurately and promptly complete all administrative responsibilities, including expense reports, sales tracking, and other required documentation Maintain consistent follow-up with customers throughout the sales cycle to foster strong, long-term relationships Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Effectively manage territory and sample budgets, ensuring all spending aligns with corporate guidelines and expectations Stay current on all relevant clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a reliable resource for customers Collaborate with customers to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and product adoption Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, state, local and company policies & procedures Other duties as assigned Successful Candidates Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent required BA or Associate’s degree in management, business, or marketing is a plus Experience in aesthetics or a medical-adjacent field is highly preferred Managerial and team supervision experience is required Background launching and scaling new products in competitive markets is preferred Demonstrated success in negotiating high-value contracts and building long-term partnerships with clients, vendors, and community allies Strong understanding of consumer loyalty programs, subscription models, and digital engagement strategies Background in data-driven decision-making using CRM analytics, market intelligence, and performance metrics Established industry network with relationships in aesthetics, dermatology, or med-spa channels Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that blend sales, marketing, and operational execution Ability to lead with compassion and insight while enforcing our values and expectations
