Trillium Flow Technologies™ serves customers in the power, oil gas, general industry and water wastewater sectors with highly engineered valves, pumps and actuators, as well as complete support in every phase of a project or operation.
We have UK Facilities/offices in Alloa, Elland, Bedford, East Kilbride London. As well as employees-based UK wide within Customer sites.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous Project Quality experience essential.
  • Lead auditor qualification to the current version of the standard is required.
  • Experience of working on nuclear projects would be desirable.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • Creation, review, comment feedback, approval and submission of supplier documentation (this includes, but is not limited to: End of Manufacturing Reports (EoMR), Lifetime Quality Record (LTQR), Welding data packages, material certification, non-destructive testing reports and coating reports). These are to be submitted to the client through the appropriate communication channels in a timely manner such that the project is delivered on time and to budget.
  • The creation, implementation, communication review and amendment of project related Follow Up Documents (FUDs).
  • Auditing of suppliers for initial and ongoing suitability to the NNB project, reporting and progressing of suppliers and their documentation submissions relevant to the NNB project. Creation, review and approval of NCRs.
  • Auditing and management of NNB Alloa quality requirements as project moves through testing phase.
  • Key contributor to improving the NNB project and the way we work, through the identification of improvements, being receptive to new ideas from others and working cross functionally to implement and embed the improvements ensuring positive results for the customer and the company.
