WHERE YOU’LL BE WORKING

The Richmond network of facilities, part of the Northern NSW Local Health District include Lismore Base Hospital, Ballina District Hospital, Casino & District Memorial Hospital as well as Kyogle, Bonalbo, Nimbin and Urbenville Multi-Purpose Services.
Lismore Base Hospital is a regional referral, Level 5 base hospital providing a wide range of health services to residents in Northern NSW. These services include a state-of-the-art Operating Theatre Suite, Intensive Care/Cardiac Care Unit, General Medical and Surgical Wards, Womens Care Unit, Paediatric Unit, Renal Unit, Emergency Department, Medical Imaging department and Cardiac Catheter Laboratory. Mental Health Inpatient Units, the North Coast Cancer Institute, Pathology, Pain Management Clinic, and Specialist Outpatient Clinics are also located on the Lismore Base Hospital campus. Provide contemporary comprehensive Specialist Geriatrician services at the primary facility and other facilities where applicable for optimal patient outcomes delivering a healthy community through quality care.
Provide clinical leadership, participate in quality improvement activities and provide training and education to clinicians across multiple disciplines to achieve quality education and safe clinical practice.
