COMPENSATION Base salary starting at $200,000 based on experience. Average annual earnings of $240,000-$250,000 through RVU productivity incentives. Sign-on bonus available. Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000. Relocation assistance up to $5,000. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages. Evaluate and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs. Practice exclusively in an outpatient setting with no inpatient responsibilities. Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary clinical teams. Utilize dedicated administrative time for documentation and care coordination. Deliver patient-centered care in a mission-driven community health environment. WHY PHYSICIANS ARE APPLYING Monday-Friday schedule or optional 4-day workweek. No call responsibilities with hospitalist coverage. Average patient volume of 18-20 patients per day. Protected administrative time built into your schedule.
