Starting Pay $18.50 – $21.00

• Upon completing 4 months of employment, hourly pay will be increased to $20 hourly.
• Team members with the desire to grow, can earn an additional $1 hourly for level 3 and $2 hourly for level 4.
• Additional pay for AA/Bachelors degree
• Additional pay for RBT. RBT training available IN HOUSE
• AEC runs a 1:2 service ratio; 1 team member to two persons served

CA DRIVER’S LICENSE (WITH OVER 3 YEARS OF DRIVING EXPERIENCE - NO MORE THAN 2 INFRACTIONS IN THE PAST 3 YEARS)

• Department - 8:00 Am - 2:30 PM
