Description

We are looking for a motivated NOC Analyst Level 1 (L1) to join our Network Operations Center team. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate network and system issues to ensure the stable operation of our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking concepts, protocols, and tools. Experience with network monitoring and ticketing systems, such as SolarWinds or Nagios, is preferred. The candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additionally, strong communication skills are essential for interacting with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate incident response and follow escalation procedures. A proactive approach to monitoring and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor network infrastructure and systems for performance and availability.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network and system issues as they arise.
  • Document incident details, resolution steps, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for incident response and escalation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Proactively monitor alerts and notifications to prevent potential outages.
  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) for incident resolution.
