The NOC Analyst Team Lead is responsible for supervising the Network Operations Center team, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure. This role involves managing incident response, mentoring analysts, and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Supervise and mentor NOC analysts and engineers. Schedule shifts and ensure adequate coverage for 24/7 operations. Incident Management Oversee detection, escalation, and resolution of network issues. Ensure timely communication with stakeholders during outages. Performance Monitoring Track network health and generate performance reports. Implement proactive measures to prevent downtime. Process Improvement Develop and enforce standard operating procedures. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Collaboration Coordinate with network engineering, security, and application teams. Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews. Required Skills Strong knowledge of network protocols. Experience with monitoring tools. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in high-pressure, 24/7 environments. Lead role will be in the general shift, but have to be flexible to work off-times for important meetings and be on-call for high-severity incidents. Qualifications 5+ years experience in NOC operations, with at least 1–2 years in a lead role. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
