Description

We are currently looking for talented NOC Analysts (L1/L2/L3 Engineers) to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a background in Information Technology or a related field and possess a strong understanding of network operations and monitoring. Responsibilities will vary based on the level of the position:
NOC Analyst L1

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network performance and escalate issues to higher-level engineers.
  • Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for network incidents.
  • Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Follow predefined procedures for incident management.

NOC Analyst L2

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and troubleshoot network incidents and outages.
  • Coordinate with vendors and higher-level engineers for issue resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to L1 analysts.

NOC Engineer L3

Responsibilities:

  • Lead critical incident response and problem resolution efforts.
  • Implement network changes and upgrades as required.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 support when necessary.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
  • Experience in network operations and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Pay: 38.935,14€ - 72.814,39€ per year
