JOB SUMMARY:

The NOC Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between the company and all relevant government authorities, ensuring smooth processing of permits, licenses, NOCs, and approvals for construction projects. The role requires a strong understanding of UAE government portals, construction regulations, and effective on-site coordination with project teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience handling government approvals and permits for construction projects in Dubai.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in UAE government online portals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license; candidate must have own vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple approvals simultaneously.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Proven track record in managing approvals for large-scale construction projects or Contracting Company.
  • Knowledge of Dubai building codes and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact with Dubai Municipality, RTA, DDA, DEWA, Civil Defence and DED for all construction-related approvals.
  • Manage online submissions and follow-up on government applications including:
  • Building Permits, Structural Inspections, Land Demarcation, Sand Shifting/Supply
  • Temporary Connections, NOCs, and related approvals
  • Trade License renewals and activity updates
  • Coordinate with project teams on-site to ensure compliance with government requirements.
  • Schedule and attend inspections with relevant authorities, including pre- and re-inspections for completion certificates.
  • Track, monitor, and report on the status of all government submissions and approvals.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all approvals and NOCs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with government representatives and resolve any issues efficiently.
