• Coordinate the preparation and submission of shop drawings, technical documents, and material submittals for review and approval by relevant authorities, consultants, and clients.
• Follow up on technical queries and proactively resolve any design or documentation issues to secure timely approvals from authorities, consultants, and clients.
• Prepare and submit NOC (No Objection Certificate) applications and related documents to relevant authorities in accordance with project requirements.
• Attend and represent the project team in weekly progress and technical meetings with DEWA, Dubai Municipality, clients, and consultants to address schedules, technical issues, and approval follow-ups.
