Roles & Responsibilities

• Riverbed NPM Including (AppResponse , Netprofiler, NetIM, Portal)
• 
  
• · Provide centralized remote monitoring service from vendor NOC
• 
  
• · Perform continuous monitoring of Riverbed alerts and dashboards
• 
  
• · Validate alerts, create incidents, and perform L1 triage
• 
  
• · Escalate incidents based on defined SOPs
• 
  
• · Provide continuous tuning and optimization aligned with OEM services
• 
  
• · Deliver reporting, trend analysis, and recommendations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Riverbed NPM solutions (SteelCentral, NetIM, etc.).
• Proven expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.) and network troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of application performance monitoring (APM) concepts and methodologies.
