Job Summary: Staff4Me is looking for a highly motivated NOC Helpdesk Bilingual Analyst (English Speaker) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and monitoring services for our clients' network systems. This role demands excellent communication skills as you will assist users with technical inquiries and issues. Key Responsibilities: Monitor network performance and respond to alerts proactively to ensure uptime. Provide technical assistance in English via phone, email, and chat to clients experiencing issues. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate issues as necessary. Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system for accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and best practices. Assist in generating reports on network performance and incident management. Requirements: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required. Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with network protocols, systems administration, and ticketing systems. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus. High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus. Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
