We are looking for NOC L1, L2, L3 Engineers to join our team. The Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineers will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure and services. The Level 1 Engineer will handle basic network incidents and service requests, escalate more complex issues to Level 2 and Level 3 Engineers, and document incidents in the ticketing system. The Level 2 Engineer will provide advanced support and resolution for network incidents, perform proactive monitoring and maintenance tasks, and assist in troubleshooting network devices and connectivity issues. The Level 3 Engineer will lead in-depth technical investigations, root cause analysis, and participate in network design projects to enhance infrastructure performance and reliability. Successful candidates must have strong technical skills in networking, security, and troubleshooting, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
