abra is seeking a NOC Operator We are looking for a motivated team player to join our technical support and infrastructure team, providing real-time monitoring and support in an advanced, 24/7 technological environment- Ideal for Students! The role includes: Monitoring and controlling diverse server environments, systems, and infrastructures. Providing real-time technical support to internal and international clients (Israel & abroad). Troubleshooting complex technical issues and working closely with System Admins. Working in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends. The position is located in the Holon area. Requirements Previous experience in Technical Support or Help Desk – Required. 1st or 2nd-year student in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – Required. High-level English and Hebrew (verbal and written) Ability to commit to a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends. Experience with Windows Server/Linux or Infrastructure setup – Advantage.
Responsibilities
The NOC Operator will monitor and control diverse server environments and provide real-time technical support to clients. They will troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate closely with System Administrators.
