Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a NOC Operator, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and reliability of our products and services. Operating within our dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Your expertise and your proactive approach to problem-solving will be essential in maintaining the high standards of service our customers expect.

WHAT YOU’LL DO



    • Work to ensure the functionality and quality of our products, which means keeping track of and resolving issues, including API disruptions, transaction failures, and unsettled deposits

    • Detect, analyze, and resolve potential problems using monitoring graphs, tools, and logs to identify abnormalities in system performance or errors
    • Implement effective remedies for identified issues, whether through direct fixes, workarounds, or escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams or departments
    • Provide support for incident response, including identifying issues in real time, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless recovery
    • Optimize the use of existing tools to enhance monitoring and troubleshooting processes, continuously identifying opportunities to improve internal workflows and streamline operations for greater efficiency
    • Utilize your strong SQL knowledge to write and optimize queries
    • Work on a 24/7 schedule
