Responsibilities
The NOC Supervisor will provide continuous onsite management for the 24/7 Network Management Centre, partnering with external vendors to oversee tickets, escalations, and ensure maximum network service availability. This role is also responsible for creating quality reports on network availability and ensuring appropriate response times and ticket escalations.
