Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As NOC Team Lead, you’ll take overall responsibility for a team of six analysts and bring a passion for delivering outstanding service to both stakeholders and customers. You’ll work closely with the NOC Manager to drive forward the strategic direction and roadmap, always looking for opportunities to improve and evolve how we operate.
You’ll play a key role in supporting your team’s growth, helping them access learning and development opportunities that build the skills SLC needs for the future.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of critical service delivery—overseeing overnight batch processes for finance and management information systems, monitoring core services, logging and escalating incidents, managing leaver removals, and much more.
Please note this role will include a mix of day and night shifts.
