The Key Purpose of this role is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, efficient and conscientious individual with strong financial and communication skills, who is a team player and enjoys working within a fast paced environment. Driving efficiencies in the team, identifying opportunities for reporting automation, identifying key controls to be implemented / adhered to in the VIC team and drive a customer focused mind-set in the team. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Full responsibility for the monthly completion of SCFD, standard reporting, review of the P&L and accountability for ensuring that results are not materially misstated for each Brewery in the zone Accurate, complete and timely reporting for each brewery End to end accountability for the calculation of BOMs for each Brewery in the zone & uploading BOMs into the relevant system Correct BOMs for the breweries Completion of reconciliations between systems Completion of monthly analysis files Completion of weekly KPI’s reporting Calculate stock revaluations Calculate fixed cost charge to stock Creation of PCE’s for new products Completion of standard usage variance trackers Accurate and complete financial data for the brewery and timely reporting Population of standard T&M presentation decks for each plant as well as for the zone reporting to global Accurate, complete and timely reporting for each brewery and the zone Minimum Requirements: Relevant 3 year university degree in accounting, business, economics, engineering or similar 2+ years of experience in finance in a manufacturing environment Experience in Product Costing Knowledge of Financial Reporting Knowledge of general accounting and consolidation practices Project management, problem assessment and solving skills Working in a process-oriented organization Additional Information: Band: VIII SAB/ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in line with SAB/ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
